1.Email
One address for everything: help with the app, billing and refunds, privacy and data requests, and reports of abusive content. We usually reply within 2 business days. Talking Photos is operated by My Little Indie Studio.
2.What to include
- Write from the email address of your Talking Photos account, so we can find it.
- Problems: what you did, what happened, and the scene name; a screenshot and your browser and device help a lot.
- Billing and refunds: the payment ID or invoice number from your Dodo Payments receipt (see the Refund Policy).
- Privacy requests (a copy, correction or deletion of your data): what you need; see the Privacy Policy.
- Abuse reports (for example a video made from your photo without consent): where you saw the video and why it breaks our rules.
- AI labels (a missing, removed or incorrect “AI” label or Content Credentials): a link to the video or the file; see the AI transparency page.
3.Never send
Your password or card details. We will never ask for them. Delete your account yourself in the profile; email info@talkingphotos.app only if that does not work.
